During your career
Pro Player Care.
Protect your balance. Own your career.
There are a lot of voices around a professional athlete. Pro Player Care gives you an independent space to step back, focus on what matters, and make more intentional decisions.

Mentoring can help you build on success, prepare for a new chapter, or navigate a difficult stretch. We work alongside your existing support network within boundaries you approve.
What we can work on
- You're thriving and want to stay at your best
- Identify the habits worth protecting, competing demands to manage, and the leadership role you want to play.
- You are returning from an injury
- Name your concerns, prepare for conversations, and regain perspective alongside the appropriate qualified professionals.
- Your role or playing time is changing
- Separate facts from feelings and identify where you can act, including preparing for a conversation with your coach.
- You're weighing a big career decision
- Get clear on your priorities and questions before exploring your options with your agent.
- You are joining a new team or moving countries
- Prepare for changes in your team, city, relationships, routines, and daily life.
- Demands and public attention are increasing
- Decide what matters to you and collaborate with your communications or brand advisors when needed.
- You want to protect your personal life
- Make room for family and relationships, and prepare for important conversations.
- You're stepping into leadership
- Find your leadership voice, improve communication, and test practical habits with your team.
- You're starting to plan what's next
- Explore interests and take an initial step that fits your playing schedule.
The big picture
You may have an expert for every area of your career. But one person needs to see the whole picture: you.
A professional athlete is already running a business: their own career. Being the CEO of your development means making intentional decisions instead of reacting to every demand.
“Having the right experts is only the start. You need to know how to bring them together.”

Turn clarity into action
Each session helps you identify a priority and decide on a practical next step. Follow-up conversations focus on what changed and what needs adjustment.
Meetings can be virtual or in person, as agreed. Scheduling, frequency, and support between sessions are defined in your individual engagement proposal.
Bounce Film Room
The box score doesn't tell the whole story. Film can reveal more.
Depending on the agreed program, our film reviews focus on resetting after mistakes, presence when you aren't playing, communication, response to coaching, and late-game composure. We don't replace technical film study or coaching.
clips
Three clips showing a strength. Two clips showing an area to improve. Never the other way around.
questions
What do you see? What would you do differently? You speak first.
action
Choose one action to practice until the next game. Then review what changed.
Technology helps organize clips. People interpret them. You decide what to work on.

We can use film at key moments such as an injury return, a new team, reduced playing time, or a major career decision.
You decide what, if anything, is shared with your coach or agent. Everything else stays private within agreed legal and safety boundaries.
Your team, your decisions
Your agent represents your contractual interests. Your coaching staff handles performance. Specialists contribute within their fields. We help you keep sight of your priorities and get ready for the conversations that matter.
The Bounce Mentor does not negotiate sports contracts, provide agent representation, or participate in roster-selection decisions.
Built around your reality
We tailor the structure to your schedule. Before we begin, we'll identify your mentor, the focus areas, and how information may be shared, including when an organization funds the engagement.
- Mentoring conversations stay between the athlete and mentor, subject to agreed safety and legal exceptions.
- Nothing is shared with a team, agency, or outside party without the athlete's permission unless required by law.
- An organization funding mentoring may confirm participation, not private session content.
