1. Scope

These terms describe athlete mentoring services offered by ELBI CREATIVE SAS under the brand The Bounce Mentor.

• Group Talent Mentoring through Bounce Sessions.
• Pro Player Care.

• Programs and partnerships for agencies, teams, colleges, and sports organizations.
• Educational content and resources made available on the website.

Our process generally starts with a complimentary 30-minute call, followed, if appropriate, by an initial assessment session. This initial session is not a medical or psychological diagnosis.

3. Engagement and Term

Programs are generally designed around an athletic season. The exact duration, meeting schedule, deliverables, and scope are defined in a separate agreement with the athlete, family, or contracting organization.

4. Pricing and Payment

Pricing, currency, taxes if applicable, and payment terms are outlined in your individual agreement. The website does not publish a fixed US price list.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellation, rescheduling, and early termination terms are specified in the signed agreement.

6. Consumer Withdrawal Rights

Where applicable, consumers may have statutory withdrawal or cancellation rights under French or other mandatory consumer-protection laws. The service agreement will explain any applicable rights.

7. Minors

A parent or legal guardian must provide written permission before a minor takes part in mentoring. We work with families and agree on appropriate information-sharing boundaries.

8. Organization-Sponsored Mentoring

When an organization pays for mentoring, the athlete remains the primary participant. We establish written confidentiality boundaries and only share information consistent with the agreement, the athlete's consent, and applicable legal or safety obligations.

9. Nature of Services

Mentoring is not healthcare, psychotherapy, medical treatment, legal advice, tax advice, or investment advice. We cannot guarantee athletic performance, recruiting results, admission, scholarships, roster decisions, or contracts. The Bounce Mentor is not a sports agency and does not negotiate sports contracts.

10. Use of Artificial Intelligence

AI tools may assist with planning and organizing materials but do not replace the human mentor. We do not use AI as a substitute for medical, psychological, financial, or legal professionals. Athletes and their families remain responsible for their decisions.

11. Intellectual Property

The B.O.U.N.C.E. Method, JP Method, The Bounce Zone, NeuroSignature, BOUNCE 90, and related materials are provided only for the agreed personal use. Reproduction or redistribution requires written permission.

13. Governing Law
