Meet The Bounce Mentor
The best leaders have mentors.Athletes do, too.
Talent opens the door. The decisions, habits, people, and support around an athlete often shape how far they can go. We help athletes build that system without taking over their choices.
What we believe
Talent is only the beginning.
We've seen it for 25 years: two equally promising athletes can end up on very different paths. Sometimes the difference isn't a highlight or a stat. It's a decision, an injury, a relationship, an academic choice, or a family navigating a tough moment.

“Anything is possible when you dream, dare, work hard, never quit, and surround yourself with the right people.”
That last thought is central to everything we do. Talent belongs to the athlete. But no one is expected to figure out the entire journey alone. Knowing when to ask for help, and whom to trust, is part of growing up.
Our people
Built as a team. Grounded in family.
You'll notice some familiar last names. That's intentional: family is at the heart of the way we work.
We know the conversations sports families have around the kitchen table because we've had them, too. Alongside our family foundation, we've built connections with professionals whose expertise can support different parts of an athlete's life.

Our network
No one can do it all. That's why we work with specialists.
An athlete's career raises questions that go far beyond sports. We help identify the right questions, find qualified professionals when appropriate, and make sure athletes understand the decisions they're making.
Each independent professional operates under their own credentials, duties, and responsibilities. The Bounce Mentor does not provide legal, medical, tax, or regulated financial advice.
